  • Added Digging Depth: Gain an extra foot of dig depth over the standard unit because the entire drive unit follows the bit into the hole.
  • Combination Hex and Round Output Shaft: A patented Bobcat technology, the combination output shaft allows for both hex and round bits to be utilized, maximizing parts versatility. Models 15C and 30C.
  • Direct Drive Motor: Provides high torque as well as pre-use positioning for accurate hole placement, providing smoother operation and optimum performance while extending the life of the attachment.
  • Improved Mounting System: Easy and efficient for attaching the auger to the carrier.
  • Increased Torque: Keeps the auger s performance steady and powerful even when operating in hard or rocky soil conditions.
  • Operating Tips:
  • Raise the boom arms. Tilt the auger forward until the auger is vertical. Engage the hydraulics into detent position. Slowly lower the lift arms until the auger makes contact with the surface. Apply a small amount of down force to the auger. Be careful not to apply too much, or the hydraulic motor may stall.
  • As the auger is going down, slowly backup to keep the auger vertical. Drill down part way, stop the auger and then pull it out off the hole. Swing to the side and reverse the auger to clean the spoil off. Repeat this two or three times per hole for optimum digging performance.
